4FRONT TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES OSS/3D version 6 for Windows

Culver City, CA - February 4, 2003 - 4Front Technologies, a leading developer 
of digital and analog audio solutions for the Linux and UNIX Operating System 
platforms, announced today the release of OSS/3D v6.0 plugin for Microsoft 
Windows Media Player v9 and Winamp v3.

OSS/3D comprises of a set of proprietary audio quality enhancement algorithms 
that provide  audio spatialization,  depth perception,  bass boost,  fidelity 
enhancement, audio restoration,  speaker/headphone parameters correction  and
additional high quality technologies. 

OSS/3D works  with standard  2-speaker stereo systems,  and is  compatible to
surround decoders.

    * 4Front Surroundizer - decodes standard 2  channel  audio  into 5.1, 6.1
      and 7.1 surround playback on multi speaker/multichannel capable systems.
      Surroundizer extracts cues,  available within  any stereo  material  to 
      recreate  sound in a multichannel format.      

    * 4Front Equalizer - high quality N-band multichannel graphic equalizer 
      that never clips or distorts, each of the band is adjustable -20..+20dB 
      without causing distortion, clip, overflow, or other perceived annoying
      artifacts,  and  gives  quality superior to most available consumer and 
      professional digital graphic equalizer solutions.
